Reminder: update your UCU contact details!

Make sure you receive your ballot papers for the 2025 NEC and officer elections.

Dear subscribers,

Ballots for the 2025 NEC and officer elections will open on 27th January, so this is a reminder to ensure your institution and contact details are up to date with UCU.

UCU elections take place by post, so you must provide UCU with a postal address so that your ballot papers can be sent to you.

You can do this in My UCU, which requires a password and the email address you use for UCU correspondence.

It is very important to ensure your address is correct, or you may not receive your ballot papers or you may experience a delay in getting them. Many members use their work address for UCU correspondence, but if you are infrequently in the office or often forget to check your office pigeon-hole, perhaps consider getting them sent to your home address instead.
